UPON the DIFC Court issuing a Consent Order dated 16 August 2021 with agreed case management directions in the proceedings CFI-060-2019 (the "Consent Order")

AND UPON the parties agreeing to amend the Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1 Paragraph 2 of the Consent Order shall be amended as follows:

"Any signed factual witness statements in reply shall be filed and served by 4pm on 19 September 2021”.

2 No order as to costs.
