UPON the DIFC Court issuing a Consent Order dated 16 August 2021 with agreed case management directions in the proceedings CFI-060-2019, as amended on 28 September 2021 (the “Consent Order”)

AND UPON the agreement between the parties to amend the Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1 Paragraph 5 of the Consent Order shall be amended as follows: "Each party shall file and serve its written evidence on UAE Law by 4pm on 10 October 2021”.

2 No order as to costs.
