AND UPON the parties agreeing to amend the Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED WITH CONSENT THAT:

1. Paragraph 5 of the Consent Order shall be amended as follows: "Each party shall file and serve its written evidence on UAE Law” by 4pm on 11 October 2021”.

2. No order as to costs.
