CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Case Management Order of Justice Rene Le Miere dated 12 July 2024 (the “Second CMO”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed a variation of the Second CMO and the Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 8 of the Second CMO shall be amended as follows:
“Any supplemental expert reports on behalf of the Claimants shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on 20 November 2024.”
2. Paragraph 9 of the Second CMO shall be amended as follows:
“Any supplemental expert reports on behalf of the Defendant shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on 11 December 2024”.
3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
