UPON the parties agreeing the following amended directions

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.Paragraph 3 of the Order shall be amended to read:

"The Application bundle shall be agreed by the parties and filed by the Respondent by 4pm on 20 February 2019."
