IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Defendant shall file and serve its Amended Defence by no later than 4pm on 12 June 2023.

2. The Claimants shall file and serve their Amended Reply, if so advised, by no later than 4pm on 31 July 2023.

3. The costs of this Order shall be costs in the case.

4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
