UPON the Claimant and Defendant having agreed terms of settlement recorded in a confidential Settlement Agreement dated 8 June 2021 (the "Settlement Agreement")

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. There be a stay of the present claim upon the terms set out in the confidential Settlement Agreement except for the purpose of enforcing those terms.

2. The parties shall have permission to apply to the Court to enforce those terms without the need to bring a new claim.

3. No order as to costs.
