UPON the Part 8 Claim Form filed on 11 July 2025, seeking reinstatement of NeemTree Restaurant and Lounge Ltd, to the DIFC Public Register, as maintained by the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Articles 33(1)(b) and 33(1)(f) of the DIFC Operating Law (Law No. 7 of 2018)

AND UPON the Defendant filing an Acknowledgment of Service dated 11 July 2025, admitting the Claim in its entirety

AND PURSUANT TO the Rules of the DIFC Courts

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. NeemTree Restaurant and Lounge Ltd shall be restored to the DIFC Public Register of Companies.

2. The Defendant shall publish on its website notice of the restoration of NeemTree Restaurant and Lounge Ltd to the DIFC Public Register.

3. There shall be no order as to costs.
