SCHEDULE OF REASONS
1. As set out in the Judgment, the Claimant sought USD 45,000 as its costs of the action.
2. The Defendant has not filed any submissions in respect of this claim although it has had the opportunity to do so.
3. I consider the costs to be reasonable and proportionate, and I therefore assess the costs in the sum claimed.
4. To the extent that they have not already been paid, the Defendant should pay such costs.
