UPON reviewing the Case Management Order issued in this Case dated 28 October 2022 (the ‘‘CMC Order’’)

AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having reached an agreement to extend the time limits for filing the required Witness Statements as set out in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the CMC Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. Both parties shall file the required Witness Statements no later than 4pm on 29 December 2022.
