AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having reached an agreement to further extend the time limits set out in the July Consent Order

1. Both parties shall file the required documents for the Case Management Conference no later than 4pm on 22 September 2022.

2. The Case Management Conference shall be held on 29 September 2022.
