UPON the parties agreeing under the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”) specifically RDC 16.18 to extend the period for filing and serving a Reply to Defence to Counterclaim

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The period for the Defendant to file and service its Reply to Defence to Counterclaim is extended by no later than 4pm GST on Monday, 15 July 2024.

2. Costs are costs in the Claim.
