AND UPON the Defendant’s application issued on 27 December 2021 (the “Application”)

AND UPON the Parties' agreement for an extension of time until 14 February 2022 for the Defendant to submit its evidence in reply to the Application.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant shall submit its evidence in reply to the Application by 4pm on 14 February 2022.
