THIS ORDER OF EXECUTION WAS ISSUED by H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani of the Judicial Authority of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC Courts"), Ground Level, Building 4, Dubai - UAE on 19th January 2010 on the written application of Omar Kadrie dated 10th January 2010.

YOU ARE NOW COMMANDED to seize in execution the goods, chattels and other property of the Defendant as authorised by law and raise therefrom the sums detailed in the Schedule, and after execution to pay the Claimant, Omar Kadrie the said sums.
YOU ARE ALSO COMMANDED to endorse on this Order after execution a statement of the manner in which you have executed it and send a copy of the statement to the Defendant.
