ORDER
Upon receiving the Determination of the Director of Employment Standards against Libertas Capital (Dubai) Limited dated 21 June 2009 (the "Determination") which was submitted in accordance with the statutory authority given to the Director under Article 81 of the DIFC Employment Law, DIFC Law No. 4 of 2005 and in accordance with the Rules of the DIFC Courts Part 45.16 and Part 45.17.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant shall pay the amount of USD $138,649 to Reginal King by no later than thirty-one (31) days after the receipt of the Determination by the Defendant.
2. The Defendant shall pay the amount of AED 24,888 to the DIFC Authority.
3. Leave to appeal the Determination is granted for a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of the Determination.
