UPON considering the Order granted by H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 4 June 2020 and the Consent Order issued by the DIFC Deputy Registrar dated 24 August 2020 (the “First Consent Order”)

AND UPON the Applicant and Respondent having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT the First Consent Order be amended such that the matter is to be listed for an oral hearing on 21 October 2020, with representatives from both parties to attend.
