DIFC Courts Practice Direction No. 2 of 2008

Citation

1. This Practice Direction will come into effect on the date of signature. It may be cited as Practice Direction 2 of 2008 — DIFC Courts Forms and may be abbreviated to PD 2/2008.

 

Court forms

1. This Practice Direction prescribes the forms to be used in proceedings before the DIFC Courts pursuant to paragraph 7 of the Rules of Court (Interim Arrangements) Order No.1 of 2005, and pursuant to Rule 5.1 of the RDC.

 

2. The forms attached hereto as Schedule 1 shall be used in proceedings before the DIFC Courts. These forms replace the forms prescribed under paragraph 3 of DIFC Courts Practice Direction No. 1 of 2005.
