Response to Public Consultation for the Amendments of the RDC

The DIFC Courts have concluded their review of the feedback arising from the public consultation pertaining to the proposed amendments to The Rules of the DIFC Courts (RDC). We appreciate the comments from all who submitted feedback. The newly issued RDC will take effect in September 2011.
