Assessment of Mean Hourly Legal Costs
Citation
This Registrar’s Direction will come into effect on the date of signature. It may be cited as Registrar’s Direction 1 of 2011 — Assessment of Mean Hourly Legal Costsand may be abbreviated to RD 1/2011.
Pursuant to Part 38.31 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (RDC) on General Rules about Costs, the draft order should include the following Assessment of Mean Hourly Legal Costs:

| Lawyers 6-10 years | 2198 |
| 10 + years | 2422 |
