Electronic Orders
With effect from 1st of January 2009 Courts Orders may be issued electronically from the Courts’ Registry. In accordance with Rules 3.21(2) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts and Rule 6.3 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts Court documents can be sealed electronically and when the Rules require a document to be signed that requirement shall be satisfied by way of electronic signature.
