The DIFC Courts Notary Service was established by Resolution No. 1 of 2025 issued by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the President of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and its authority affirmed by Dubai Law No. 2 of 2025 issued by his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Our service authorises Notary Officers of the DIFC Courts to administer, witness, and attest oaths, affidavits, affirmations or declarations, and certify and attest true copy documents. For documents requiring primary source verification, the service is conducted through DataFlow, ensuring authenticity and compliance with international standards.
All notarised document transactions are securely logged in Hedera's Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), providing an immutable record of each notarisation and enhancing the security and verifiability of all documents processed through our service.
We offer flexible service delivery methods to accommodate your needs, including fully automated true copy notarisation, virtual meetings for remote processing, and traditional in-person services for those who prefer face-to-face interaction.

Our virtual notarisation service allows you to complete the notarisation process remotely via secure video conference with a DIFC Courts Notary Officer. This service provides convenience without compromising on legal validity.
For those who prefer traditional face-to-face service, our in-person notarisation is available at our offices in the DIFC. Our Notary Officers provide professional service with attention to detail.
Our fully automated system for true copy notarisation provides rapid processing for straightforward document certification requirements, saving you time whilst maintaining legal validity.
Through our strategic partnership with DataFlow Group, we offer comprehensive primary source verification services to confirm the authenticity of original documents directly with the issuing authorities.
This service ensures all documents requiring verification are thoroughly checked against original sources, providing the highest level of document integrity and security for international use.
