AND UPON the Claimants filing a Notice of Discontinuance on 28 June 2015

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. Case no. CFI-006-2015 has been discontinued.
  2. The Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi appointing Mr. Hisham Farouk of Grant Thornton UAE as the Provisional Liquidator of the Defendant is rescinded with effect from the time the Order is issued.
  3. There be no order as to costs.
