UPON reviewing the correspondence from the parties

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
- The deadline by which the Defendant must file and serve any evidence to be relied upon in defence of the Claimant’s Part 8 Claim (CFI-018-2015) for the pre-action production of documents shall be extended to Tuesday 14 July 2015.
- The deadline why which the Claimant must file and serve any evidence in response to be extended to follow the above date until Thursday 6 August 2015.
- The claim shall be determined on paper without a hearing.
- No order as to costs in respect of the Defendant’s request to extend the deadline to file and serve its defence.
