CONSENT ORDER
UPON reviewing the correspondence from the parties
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set forth in a confidential Settlement Agreement
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
- All further proceedings in this claim be stayed, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.
- The original of the Settlement Agreement shall be kept by the Claimant’s lawyers and a copy shall be kept by the Defendant’s lawyers.
- Each party shall have liberty to apply to the Court to enforce those terms in the Settlement Agreement without the need to bring a new claim.
- Save as set out in the Settlement Agreement, there shall be no order as to costs.
