AND UPON the Defendant having filed a P34/01 Notice of Discontinuance in relation to the Counterclaim on 10 May 2015

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. Case number CFI-022-2014 be discontinued, in regards to the Claim and the Counterclaim.
2. The settlement agreement shall be attached to this Order and shall be marked as confidential and may not be open to inspection without the permission of the DIFC Courts’ Registry.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs.
